S. J. Patni Vidyalaya, Shrirampur

It was the time, when the sun of British rule was going to set and was the dawn (beginning) of Indian independence. Till then Indians had understood the importance of education, not for the rulers but for our own progress. Patriots were working in various fields and the education field was the most important one. Understanding this importance and love towards country and country men some patriots from Ahmednagar had started ‘ Hind Seva Mandal , an Educational Institute ‘ at Ahmednagar. The same thing was happened in Shiramapur, which was then Capital of ‘ Sugar Cane ‘ and ‘ juggary market ‘ .

Considering the request of people from shrirampur, Hind Seva Mandal established ‘ Modern High School ‘ in shrirampur taluka since 1945. The problem of building and ground was solved by the devotee Mr. S. J. Patni. The school then began with 83 students, today is giving the boost of education to 945 students from all caste and creed.

Our school provides the opportunity to complete secondary school credits in variety of subject areas. Our school provides the students to learn languages Maths, Science, Social services, ICT, Drawing Grade Exam etc. We also develop personalities with the help of NCC, MCC and scout – guide units.
